Cradle formation behaviour of Deporaus nidificus Sawada et Lee was recorded in the laboratory. The process of cradle formation consisted of 9 different behaviours, i.e.¡¢checking and measuring the leaf, cutting, rolling, making oviposition holes, oviposition, closing the mouth of the oviposition hole, fixing roll, and inspecting the roll.
